Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for your hair care products. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with seals intact to qualify for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions on how to send your product back to us.

Condition of Items

  • Products must be unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items should include all original tags, accessories, and instruction manuals.

Non-returnable Items For hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used unless they are defective.

Processing Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We will notify you once your return has been processed and the refund issued.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know immediately. We will replace it with the same item at no additional cost to you. 

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
